“This is the most ever raised by our signature event” said executive director, Karyn Kennedy “and I want to thank our hard working committee, chaired by Daniela De Gasperis and Vanessa Mulroney for their commitment to our cause.”

“It is an honour to support Boost and their work supporting children who have been abused, at what is the most difficult time of their lives” said Vanessa Mulroney.  “Special thanks to all our sponsors” added Daniela De Gasperis. “They help us ensure the financial success of this very special evening.”

The Who’s Who of Toronto came out to support this great cause of preventing and intervening in abuse of children.   Spotted at the event were Cityline’s Tracey Moore, Dragon Den’s Arlene Dickinson, Toronto Maple Leafs’ goaltender Jonathan Bernier, Toronto Raptors Dwayne Casey, fashion design darling, Kimberley Newport-Mimran of Pink Tartan and belle of the ball fashionista, Ainsley Kerr.  The Queen of the evening was without doubt the event’s honourary chair, Suzanne Rogers.
